introduction of the online lottery, posting w4.23 trillion
(US$3,527.6million, US$1=w1,200) in sales in 2003, with
government policies to stabilize the market and curb reckless
gambling, however, lottery sales have remained at approximately
w2.4 trillion in recent years.
