The Korea Lottery Commission
sets the types of lottery products and their prices, but it
entrusts private lottery operators with issuing, managing, and
selling lottery products. Currently, as the third consigned
lottery licensee of Korea, DongHang Lottery Co., Ltd. will integrate
and operate 4 lotteries (online lottery (Lotto), Scratch off Lottery, Pension Lottery, Internet Lottery) until December 1st, 2023. The
integrated operation of 4 lotteries and Korean system were
applied for the first time.
